Birmingham Panthers to Back Star-Studded ‘Netball Aid’ Match in Support of BBC Children in Need
21 October 25
Birmingham will take centre stage this November as celebrities, athletes, and TV personalities come together for a special charity netball event: Netball Aid, in support of BBC Children in Need.
The exciting celebrity match will take place at the Utilita Arena Birmingham on Sunday, 2nd November, from 3:00pm to 7:45pm.
Netball Aid promises to be a show-stopping day of sport, entertainment, and community spirit, featuring some of the nation’s favourite names from sport, television, and social media. From reality TV stars to sporting legends like Dame Denise Lewis DBE, Tracey Neville (former England Roses player and Head Coach), and netball icon Serena Guthrie, fans can expect an unforgettable mix of competition and fun – all for an incredible cause.
The event aims to raise vital funds and awareness for BBC Children in Need, helping to support disadvantaged young people across the UK. But organisers say that local support is essential to ensure the event continues to thrive in Birmingham in the years ahead.
This isn’t just about netball – it’s about community. Birmingham has such a strong sporting heart, and like Netball Aid, we’d like to encourage local people, businesses and schools to get behind this with us. Every ticket, every share, every sponsor helps us make a lasting difference for children in need.
Tickets are on sale now at www.netballaid.co.uk and you can follow all the activity and celebrity reveals on Netball Aid‘s socials, detailed below.
