We’re excited to officially reveal the Birmingham Panthers NXT Gen squad, highlighting some of the most promising young netball athletes in the region. This squad represents the future of Birmingham Panthers Netball, full of emerging talent, passion and potential.

After a highly competitive trial process, the selected athletes have shown outstanding skill, determination and a genuine commitment to developing their game. These players are ready to bring speed, creativity and high energy to the court as they embark on a crucial year of growth and performance.

Introducing the NXT Gen Coaching Team

We’re also proud to announce the coaching team leading the Birmingham Panthers NXT Gen programme:

Head Coach: Rachel Dunn, a well-known and highly respected name in netball, bringing years of elite playing experience, leadership and deep knowledge of the game.

Assistant Coach: Ash Kinch, an experienced and dedicated coach who brings strong development expertise and a passion for nurturing young talent.

Rachel Dunn and Ash Kinch will guide the NXT Gen squad through a season designed to accelerate performance, strengthen core skills and build confident, future-ready athletes.

With fixtures approaching, the squad is preparing for a calendar full of competitive matchups and opportunities to shine.
